[TUTORIAL] Changing FOV, Disabling Motion Blur, FPS Uncap

Changing FOV

So first, go to Outlast 2 config folder that located at:

Then open file OLGame.ini using any text editor (that supports searching) and follow the instructions.

• Default FOV

The name speaks for itself.
To change Default FOV, do this:

1. Search for “BaseFOV”
2. Change value to your preference
3. Search for “DefaultFOV”
4. Change value to similar as BaseFOV value”

• Running FOV

FOV that applies when player is running
To change Running FOV, do this:

1. Search for “RunningFOV”
2. Change value to your preference but add 20-30 to it, just cuz it’s running fov..

Why i wrote it, it’s similar to Default FOV, 1in1, omg..

Disabling Motion Blur

Follow the first section, but now open OLSystemSettings.ini, not to OLGame.ini and follow the instructions:

1. Search for “MotionBlur”
2. Change value to “false”
3. Search for “MotionBlurPause”
4. Change value to “false”
5. Search for “MotionBlurSkinning”
6. Change value to “0”

Disabling FPS Cap

Follow the first section, but now open OLEngine.ini, not to OLGame.ini and follow the instructions:

1. Find for “bSmoothFrameRate”
2. Change value to “true”
3. Find for “MinSmoothedFrameRate”
4. Change value to “0”
5. Find for “MaxSmoothedFrameRate”
6. Change value to “0”
