Unlock Graphic Options / OUTDATED

Locate your Hitman folder and inside should be file called "GFXSettings.HITMAN"
Open it with your favourite Editor. I will be using Notepad++.

Find the section "GAMESETTINGS"
Find the option you want to change. In my example I will change the texture quality.
Look for the name of the option.
Then change the value to your desired option. Your value has to be between the MinValue and the MaxValue. A value of 0 would be the lowest texture quality and 2 would be the highest.
Note:
If you start Hitman and then close it the launcher will show some settings wrong but as long as the values in the file are correct your options should work. If you want to synchronize and reset your options just hit reset to default options in the launcher.
