Acolytes[warframe.fandom.com] that spawn in any Steel Path mission guarantee 2 Steel Essence upon defeat.
Every day, five Steel Path Incursion Alerts[warframe.fandom.com] are available. Each reward 5 Steel Essence upon completion, to a total of 25 Steel Essence per day.
Synthetic Eidolon Shard : Sanctuary Onslaught. (Rotation B with a 9.09% chance to drop.)
25 are awarded upon fully clearing all of a planet's mission nodes. A total of 475 are guaranteed for completing the entire Star Chart[warframe.fandom.com].
1 is rewarded upon opening a Void Relic[warframe.fandom.com] in a Steel Path Void Fissure[warframe.fandom.com] mission.
25 Steel essence can be acquired in "The Circuit".

Vitus Essence : Arbitration.
1 is guaranteed from completing an arbitration.
Each rotation has a 7% chance to award 3 Vitus from the reward table.
Arbitration Shield Drones[warframe.fandom.com] have a 6% chance to drop 1 Vitus on kill.

Void Traces : Relics
Every time you get 10 reactant you get some , whether you had a relic or not.
When selecting opened Void Relic rewards, the player owning an opened relic gains 5 Void Traces per teammate (excluding self) who picks the reward that came out from that player's relic (thus up to a total of 15 Traces if the whole team picks the reward coming out from the same relic).
Granum Void Rank 1 reward also contains 5/10/15 Void Traces for Normal / Extended / Nightmare Tiers.
Void traces are near guaranteed from the optional objective in isolation vaults.

Spectral Debris : Granum Void > Defeating Erract Specter give you a 5% chance to drop one.

Anomaly Shard : Can be obtained from completing Murex in the Veil Proxima. (100% Chance to drop upon clearing a Murex.)

Pherliac pod : (Currenctly bugged with a 90% Chance of drop instead of 5%) Drop from any Kind of juggernaut[warframe.fandom.com]. (Juggernaut , Juggernaut Behemoth and Deimos Juggernaut.)
Best way to farm it are Deimos' Bounty.
While we're at it Juggernaut also drop Chitinous Husk (25% Chance) Infected Palpators (25% Chance) Pulsating Tubercles (25% Chance) and Severed Bile Sac (25% Chance).

Belric/Rania Crystal Fragment : Can be obtained by playing on Tyana Pass on Mars.

Nistlepod Grow on the fungus-like Nistlebrushes , you can also get some via the bounties.

Condroc Wing : You'll have to kill a Condroc[warframe.fandom.com] , they're bird leaving in the PoE , and no you can't have some via the bounties.

Kuakua Spinal Claw : You'll have to kill a Kuakas[warframe.fandom.com] , they're little rabbit. (Have fun chasing them)

Cetus Wisp Often found near the water , disappear is not taken quickly enough.
You can also get some during the Operation Plague Star or from the bounty/Ghoul Purge.

Gorgaricus Spore : In the purple caps found hanging beneath the caps of the giant mushroom. And don't forget , you can't get them from the bounties.

Mytocardia Spore : Can be found in what's called "Mytocardia Sacs" all over Orb Vallis.
Bounites aswell.

Tepa Nodule : Grow in the caves. Never forget the bounties.

Thermal Sludge : Can be found in special containers located in Corpus encampments.

Calda Toroid : Can be acquired as a drop from the enemies near the Enrichment Labs.

Crisma Toroid : Can be acquired as a drop from the Profit Taker[warframe.fandom.com]. (100% Chance of dropping.)

Lazulite Toroid : Can be acquired as a drop from the Exploiter Orb[warframe.fandom.com]. (100% Chance of dropping.)

Sola Toroid : Can be acquired as a drop from the enemies near the Temple of Profit (2%Chance of dropping , 20% Chance to drop from Kyta Raknoids[warframe.fandom.com].

Vega Toroid : Can be acquired as a drop from the enemies near the Spaceport (2% Chance of dropping , 1% Chance of dropping from Mite Raknoids[warframe.fandom.com].

Debt-Bonds :

Training Debt-Bond : Can be earned by purchasing Slorais Debts from Ticker.
Also drop from Tier 1 bounty with 20% chance to drop on stage 1 and 15.49% on stage 2.
Shelter Debt-Bond : Can be earned by purchasing Slorais Debts from Ticker.
Also drop from Tier 2 bounty with 20% chances to drop on stage 1 and 14.81% on stage 2.
Medical Debt-Bond : Can drop from Tier 3 bounty with 20% chance to drop on stage 1 , 12.50% on stage 2 and 12.50% on stage 3.
Advances Debt-Bond :Can drop from Tier 4 bounty with 19.35% chance to drop on stage 1 , 14.81% on stage 2 , 14.81% on stage 3 and 13.19% on stage 4.
Familial Debt-Bond : Can drop from Tier 5 bounty with 25% chance to drop on stage 1 , 16.67% on stage 2 , 16.67% on stage 3 and 14.29% on stage 4.

Upon killing the Profit-Taker Orb in Phase 4 of Heists, the boss will always drop 3 Medical, 2 Advances, and 1 Familial Debt-Bonds.

Cambion Drift

Ganglion : Found on Haptic Fronds, and may also be rewarded from Bounties.

Lucent Teroglobe : Found in "Vitrific Outcrops", and may also be rewarded from Bounties.

Pustulite : Found in "Gravid Blastemas", and may also be rewarded from Bounties.

Scintillant : Found in the Isolation Vaults, and may also be rewarded from Bounties.
They can also be dropped upon defeating a Necramechs.

Seriglass Shard : Can be purchased from Grandmother.

FASS/VOME Residue:Can be found in some small zones of energy in various locations.

Voidplume Crest : One Voidplume Crest can be found scattered across any Zariman Ten Zero mission as an interactable pickup.
Tier 3 Bounty from Quinn has a chance to award a Voidplume Crest.
Every 8 hours, one Voidplume Crest can be purchased from Archimedean Yonta using resources found on the Zariman.
They can be exchanged for 2000 Reputation standing with The Holdfasts.

Voidplume Pinion : Void Angels found in a dormant state in any Zariman Ten Zero mission are guaranteed to drop a Voidplume Pinion upon death as an interactable pickup. Each mission always has one dormant Void Angel, appearing in large rooms of the tileset.
Every 8 hours, one Voidplume Pinion can be purchased from Archimedean Yonta using resources found on the Zariman.
They can be exchanged for 5,000 Reputation standing with The Holdfasts.

Voidplume Quill : Bounties from Quinn award 1-5 Voidplume Quills depending on tier.
Finding a Zarium Accolade and delivering it to a Cephalon Melica Cache in any Zariman mission awards 1 Voidplume Quill. Missions generally have two caches to find and unlock.
Ravenous Void Angels that appear in Void Armageddon are guaranteed to drop a Voidplume Quill upon death as an interactable pickup.
Every 8 hours, one Voidplume Quill can be purchased from Archimedean Yonta using resources found on the Zariman.
They can be exchanged for 2,500 Reputation standing with The Holdfasts.

Voidplume Vane : Voidplume Vanes can be found scattered across any Zariman Ten Zero mission as an interactable pickup. 2 are guaranteed to be Vanes, while an additional 5 have a 25% chance to be a Vane.

Pathos Clamp are obtained from the chest reward after defeating an Orowyrm[warframe.fandom.com], the final boss in each Duviri cycle. 10 are gained normally, with 15 gained in the Steel Path.

Rune Marrow :
Can be found in the undercroft wether it's "The circuit" or "The Duviri Experience".

Aggristone :
Can be found in "The Duviri Experience" in some sort of "rock" (?) named Aggri Formation.
Can also be given as a reward for doing random event in the map.
Can also be found in a sort of small container named "Curax Dole"

Connla Sprout :
Typically found near water sources and caves in Duviri.
Only foud on certain rotation.

Kovnik :
Can be found as a sort of "plant" in the wild in "The Duviri Experience"
There seems to be a hotspot in the section of the map named "Northwind village"
Can also be given as a reward for doing random event in the map.

Saggen Pearl :
Can be found as a sort of rotating object named "Saggen Well"
Can also be given as a reward for doing random event in the map.
Can also be found in a sort of small container named "Curax Dole"

Silphsela :
Can be found in a sort of flower named "Sun Silph"
Can also be found at near a Sun Silph floating in the air.

Eevani :
Can be found in the wild in "The Duviri Experience" looking like a sort of tree.
Can also be given as a reward for doing random event in the map.

Lamentus :
Can be found as a drop for killing enemies.

Tasoma Extract :
Can be found in most cave in "The Duviri Experience" looking like a...flower ?

Maw fang :
Can be found during as a reward for an event called "Feed the ravenous Maw" which can be found near most water spot.

Ariette Scale :
Can be found during as a reward for an event called "Feed the ravenous Maw" which can be found near most water spot.

Nacreous Pebble :
Can be found during as a reward for an event called "Feed the ravenous Maw" which can be found near most water spot.

Haav :
Can be found during as a reward for an event called "Feed the ravenous Maw" which can be found near most water spot.

Dracroot :
Dracroot can often be found near cliffs on the central island of Duviri, near Lonesome Outlook, Fair Shores Hamlet, Watershed Hamlet, and Moirai Crossing
Can also be given as a reward in "The Circuit".

Yao Shrub :
Can be found in the wild near cold/snowy area in "The Duviri Experience" looking like a big mushroom.
There seems to be some spawning around "Titan's Rest".

Enigma Gyrum :
Can be found as a reward for completing a puzzle.

Xiran :
Can be found as a reward for completing a puzzle.

Ueymag :
This U-shaped cactus-looking plant is typically found within Kullervo's Hold (which appears during the Anger, Fear, and Sorrow spirals) and Chamber of the Muses.

Event

Omega Isotope : A resources exclusive to planets where Balor Fomorians[warframe.fandom.com] are present.

Cryptographic ALU : Only available during the Razorback Armada event, dropping from Corpus Archwing enemies on Jupiter and Neptune or Corpus Empyrean enemies in the Neptune Proxima.

Diluted Thermia : Diluted Thermia is a resource obtained by participating in the Thermia Fractures[warframe.fandom.com]. (Orb Vallis)

Corpus Cipher : Received as a reward in special alerts during the Operation "Arid Fear".

Corpus Datamass : Received as a reward in special alerts during the Operation "Arid Fear".

Alpha Corruptor : Acquired by defeating Infested enemies.

Beta Corruptor : Acquired by defeating Infested enemies.

Stable Corruptor : Acquired by defeating Infested enemies.

Pyrus Essence : Can be acquired on either Earth (x1) , Mercury (x2) , Ceres (x3) or Saturn (x4) by capturing a Pyrus Essence Carrier for a maximum of 30 Pyrus Essences in the event.

Trembera Essence : Can be acquired on Earth , Mercury , Ceres or Saturn by breaking open containers and by killing enemies.

Hemocyte Cystolith : A resource dropped by the Hemocyte(x1 per boss) during the operation Plague Star[warframe.fandom.com]

Rare Container

A rare variation of the Storage Containers, their appearance is similar to the standard storage container but with a golden glow and a humming noise identical to that of the Sabotage Caches.
