click on the settlement you want to view
go to the bottom left corner, under "Province Effects".

you will see 4 green emblems. hover over the 2nd from the right. (it looks like 3 people)
while hovering, a table with additional information will pop up.

left-click while hovering to cycle the multiple tables available, until you find the information you are after.
