Wikrypt is a guide that describes you every patterns, every informations, every possible tips for every monsters of the crypt !This guide also contains ‘Movement Grids’. Green Slime
The Green slime can’t attack you, he just jumps at the same place.
TIP: If you ‘hit’ him with Dove, and use a Fear Scroll, he will kill you (does 999 damages)

Shielded Skeleton
The Shielded Skeleton moves, and attack like a basic skeleton. The only difference ? He has a shield, that you need to destroy by hitting it.
TIP: You can attack the skeleton by the sides, without having to attack his shield.

The Shielded Yellow Skeleton moves, and attack like a basic skeleton. The only difference ? He has a shield, if you hit it, he will suffer from knockback, but no damages.

The Clone is a copy of you, but he mirror your moves.

Mole
The Mole is an enemy that you can attack only when he is next to you. He moves every beat, and follow you. The only way you can kill him is by being next to him.

The Skeleton Mage moves every 2nd beat. He can use a Wind Spell at 2 tiles’ range, which draws the player one step closer. The Player and the Skeleton Mage must be lined up horizontally or vertically for the Wind Spell to be cast

Yellow Skeleton Mage

Tar Monster
The Tar Monster is like the Monkey, the only difference is that he “lives” in tar, you must get one tile away from the tar so he can MAYBE spawn. He follows you and move every beat.
TIP: When you see his head going off the tar, you better flee before he gets you, because once in the tar, he does a lot of damages.

The Wight is like the Wraith of Zone 1. The only difference is that he can travel through the walls.

TIP: You can prevent it spawning with the Nazar Charm.

The Fake Wall moves every beat, following the player. Only becomes active if the player steps next to it.
Cannot normally be attacked on the next beat after becoming active.
TIP: You can see that this is a fake wall when he is shaking.

Fire Slime
The Fire Slime moves diagonally counterclockwise every beat. It can dig every walls on his way, except the shop ones. When killed, he leaves a tile of fire where he is killed.

The Shove Monster moves every beat, and following you. He doesn’t damage you, he just pushes you in a straight line, except if you can’t be pushed anymore; he will damage you

Fire Beetle
The Fire Beetle moves every 2nd beat, following the player. You can’t attack him while he has his shell; it’ll only knock back him. To get his shell off, you need to get next to him, he will so leave a trail of fire tiles behind him.

Hellbound
The Hellbound moves every 2nd beats in every directions, including diagonals. When killed, he spawns a fire tile.

The Yeti moves every 4th beat, and attacks all the tiles around him (3×3). He can destroy any walls, except shop ones.

Ghast
The Ghast follows you around, and can travel through walls. He moves every beat. When you hit them, they’ll teleport behind you, but they’ll become vulnerable.
TIP: Getting a Nazar Charm prevent them to spawn.

The Fire Chauldron Mimic moves every beat, and follow the player. Only becomes active if the player steps next to it. He can’t normally be attacked on the next beat after becoming active. When killed, he’ll leave a fire tile.

Zone 3 – How to kill ?

Zone 4 – Part 1

Apprentice Blademaster
The Apprentice Blademaster will move every 2nd beat, following the player. You can attack him only with the piercing weapons. If you hit him without piercing weapon, he will step backward, and the following beat, rush two tiles in the player’s direction. After that, he’ll become vulnerable for one beat. If you get hit by his rush, he’ll do twice of the damages. He can rush in every directions, including diagonals.

Blademaster
The Blademaster will move every 2nd beat, following the player. You can attack him only with the piercing weapons. The Harpy moves every 2nd beat, following the player. It can jump a big distance, in every directions, including diagonals. It can also jump over the enemies. She can only attack above, below, and next to her, but she needs to be adjacent to the player.

The Lich moves every 2nd beat and follows the player. It can use a confusion spell with a 2 tile range: the Lich and the player must be lined up horizontally or vertically, and it can’t cast diagonally. The confusion effect lasts for four beats.

Orange Armadillo
The Orange Armadillo doesn’t move until it sees the player, horizontally, vertically and diagonally. When the player has been saw, it moves every beat, toward where you were when he saw you, he’ll only stop on a wall. It can dig any walls (except shop ones)

Spider
The Spider moves 2nd beat, trying to follow the player on the walls. It can’t move on the Torch Walls. It can attack you if you are close enough. The only way to kill it is to destroy the wall he is on; he’ll move every beat, diagonally only. If it attacks you, he’ll die.

Green Monkey
The Green Monkey moves every beat, following the player. It doesn’t do any damages, but grabs on you instead, and confusing you by doing so.

Magic Monkey
The Magic Monkey moves every beat, following the player. It doesn’t do any damages, but grabs the player instead. When you attack it while it is grabbing, he’ll teleport you somewhere on the map. He will step backward if you attack it while he is on the floor.

Goblin Sentry
The Goblin Sentry starts out sleeping, and wakes up when approached. When awake, it moves every beat straight away from the player until it hits a wall, where it will dig out that wall and the three walls adjacent to the struck wall and lie down. Once awake, will always run away from the player, no matter where on the level it is.

Goblin Bomber
The Goblin Bomber moves diagonally only. It drops a bomb where he was killed, that explodes after three beats. If it touches the player then he’ll explode instantly

Pixie
The Pixie moves every beat, following the player. When attacked, it will explode like a bomb, but if you let it reach you, it will heal you one heart

The Ghoul moves every beat, following the player. It can go through walls. When attacked, it will duplicate in 9 other Ghoul all around you. One Ghoul is the real one, and it is the most bright one.

Special Enemies

Minibosses – Part 1

Minotaur
The Minotaur moves every beat, following the player and destroying any walls on his way. When you’re vertically/horizontally facing him, he’ll charge in the direction he saw you, until he hit a wall. He will then be stunned for 2 beats, before being concious again.

The Blue Dragon moves every 2nd beat, following the player. If the player is in range of his freeze breath, it will charge a freeze (fired toward the player in a 1/3/5 cone that issimilar to the Blunderbuss, can only aim horizontally) that he’ll release the next beat in the direction he saw you. It can dig every walls.

Mommy
The Mommy moves every 4th beat, following the player. She can spawn one Mummy all around her (3×3). It can only appear in Zone 4.

The Nightmare moves every 2nd beat, following the player. It darkens the area around it, hiding anything within range, which include money, items and enemies (Beware of it if you’re playing Monk). It can destroy any walls.

King Conga
King Conga’s room has 2 zombies conga line, that you must defeat before attacking King Conga. This floor has a special rythm: The beat stops for 1-2 seconds every 7th beat.
If you miss a beat, King Conga will come down from his throne and chase you. If you attack him during that time, he’ll go back to his throne
King Conga moves every beat, following the player in every directions.
TIP: If you explode a bomb next to his throne, it’ll destroy his throne, making him vulnerable
