All Rune Locations - Video Guide

The bug related to item counts, that I discuss, in the Mission 07: A Crack in the Slab video is still an issue as of Free Update 1 version (the NG+ update) of the game. From my own extensive testing this is only something you'll see if you're playing as Emily.
