Character not moving after combat FIX (Windows 10 and NVIDIA GPU)

Basically your FPS is too high and it is affecting the game to not respond properly.

I tried the v-sync but my monitor is 144hz, so that tip doesnt help.

Go to your NVIDIA Control Panel, choose SW:KOTOR as the specific program, and set FPS to 60 or below. I set mine to 58 FPS.

Your character should now be able to move after combat.
