[Cheat Engine] How to unlock everything in Multiplayer using Cheat Engine
Step 0: Requirement
You must have Cheat Engine, found here[www.cheatengine.org]. Turn your game on, open Cheat Engine, press the flashing red-green button on the top left and select the game. You are now ready.
Step 1: The Anchors
Being without a friend, our choices are limited, since the only thing we can do is a Private Versus with only ourselves. Good thing is, there is two stats that can be found with that - the SM Victory stat to unlock the Mk.8 set, and the CSM Victory stat for the Black Crusader set. You don't need both, but getting both does provide you with a better sense of our block.
First, look into your stat page in Online -> Challenge -> Armor:

See where you are at. If, say, your only green bar is the top, than mean you have a range of 5 to 15 Victories as SM/CSM. If there is two green bar, you have 15 to 50 for SM or 15 to 30 for CSM.
Select the Scan Type Value between, input the bracket size, press Scan Now. It should give you a big bunch of values.

Play a Private Versus by yourself using that faction and get a win, then wait patiently until the match end. Switch to Scan Type Increase value by..., and put 1 in the value book, press Scan Now again. Do it again, until you get one value. Double click it to keep it for our next step:

That is your Anchor. To make sure it works, change it to an arbitrary number of your liking by double click into the number in the Value column, enter the Challenge board again, and see if the change is reflected. If it is true, you are ready for the next step.
Woo.

Step 2: Modify the Stats
As my own fiddling had discovered, Space Marine keeps its stat in neat but unorganized block of 4-bit integer. We have no idea which is which at the moment, but we already have a point to one of the value. It stand to reason we can modify others pretty easily.
Right click into the anchor we retrieved, and Copy. Then right click again, and do Paste. It should open a small window like this:

See the Adjust address by box? That is going to offset our address into another values nearby. Now come the annoyance, because Cheat Engine use hex number, so instead of moving the values steadily forward and backward using 8, 16, 24, 32... etc in decimal, you must type into it the equivalent in hex, which is 8, 10, 18...
In this one, you just need to type the hex value of 8 into the box, press Enter. You should have a new value pointing to something.

(The Values should be some number instead of ??)
Time to test it out. Double click the Value, Change it to a big value, say, 1000, and go into the game again. Search through the Challenge, and search for the value that had changed. You should see a maxed value somewhere, either in Armor or in Weapon.
Now, Paste again under our new value, and type in 8*2 which is 10 in hex, do it again. You should see another maxed stat on some weapon. Then Paste, do 8*3, 8*4, 8*-1, 8*-2, etc..
Expand forward and backward until you change a value that does not reflect into the stats or some weird number like 9492 or that kind.
You should be able to map out the values necessary to max everything, as in this:
Warning: The modified values are local, which means they are only updated on the server after a game. You must play a Private Versus (or a Private Exterminatus, never tried that one on this) to publish your values on the server
