Introduction

Welcome to my guide to Magicka 2! You'll notice that this guide isn't a typical walkthrough for new players. My intent in creating this guide was to help more experienced players finish their 100% playthrough of the game with minimal frustration. Just scroll down to the chapter you're trying to get all of the unlocks and achievements on and I'll walk you through getting a perfect 100% on the chapter.

Note that unlocks obtained by purchasing additional game content are not included. Furthermore, unique items that are not unlockable are not included, but they can be found at the website undeniable.info/magicka2/UnlockLocations.php created by Nolan Ritchie.

At the "Sounds of the Ocean - Vol 1" shell, freeze the ocean to walk directly south until you find an island with a bird nest and a balloon. Talk to the balloon until it pops.

At the first crashed ship encountered, there will be a line of shallow water headed to the right. At the end is a chest with Backstabber in it.
Wood Axe

At the first burning buildings encountered there is an axe laying between two of the burning buildings. Extinguish the flames and claim it for your own.

Found on the ground next to a caution sign and some spikes that block your progression shortly after passing the veteran wizard's hiding place.

You can pick it up on the ground by the Cafe right at the beginning of area 3. Walking close to it is enough to unlock it.

Once you enter the castle you need to extinguish all of the torches on the first level. There are 38 normal torches and one unlit one that opens a secret area. The two below the prison area are not necessary to extinguish, but for good measure light and extinguish the secret passage one. If you restart from a checkpoint, due to dying or any other reason, the previous torches will be relit and you won't be able to get the achievement without starting the level over.

At the end of the hallway where the secret passageway was, before you enter the room full of barrels, there is a door. After the two vanir troops open the door investigate it a few times.
No Collateral Damage

Defeat Elin without killing or letting any of her Vanir backup die. Try casting thunderhead directly over her while you distract the vanir. A single shield cast on yourself will make you impervious to most of Elin's attacks.
It's "Football" not "Soccer"
