Data Driven Achievement

You get this achievement by lowering the Data Miner building temperature to -270C so it works at efficiency of 533%

As you can see on the pictures, this is pretty much the setup that you want to use, you can of course arrange it more neatly.

You want small room, enclosed properly with insulated tiles, filled with tempshift plates and conduction panels through which super coolant runs, that also goes through 2-3 aquatuners.

You need 2 enclosed rooms above with 2 aquatuners inside each, and steam turbine on top of each room, since the best way to cool down aquatuners is if they are immersed in steam. Just build piping in to the room and let the water flow int through liquid valve at 2000 capacity, you need just enough water to fill the room and keep aquatuners bellow breaking point, and any excess will be taken by the steam turbine and turn it in to power.

Next thing is super coolant, and how to more easily get it.
You can get fullerene obviously by mining it in space, but it's very time consuming to do it like that, since it will be always too far away from your starting point so you will either need hydrogen engine and closer base supplied with fuel. Much better option is the get another planetoid, whichever one has Graphite and use interplanetary launcher to shoot it back to you main base, and use the same to build the base on another planetoid.
From there you will be able to craft fulleren and than super coolant inside Molecular Forge from where you will be able to pipe it around.

-Steel data miner looses the least temperature out of all normal materials, and is able to hold temperature at steady -270C while working, whilst most other materials will not be able to go under -260C while working
-2-3 aquatuners will be more than enough to very quickly cool down super coolant to -272C and hold at that temperature if funneled through ceramic pipes
-Aluminium has the best temperature transfer after Thermium which is very hard to get, and is the only material that will lower the temperature to -270C of the surrounding buildings.
-Data miner must do 1 full cycle from start to finish at 533% production rate which is at -270C
-Gas content inside the data miner room is not relevant as much, but you do want to have preferably hydrogen inside, because when it solidifies it will add to the temperature of the front and back buildings in the room

-- I advise the use of Customizable Speed mod, which allows you with some configuration files tweaks, for you to get the game speed of +10 (at which I played), so that you shorten the time exponentially for which you need to get everything to get the achievement and not play one map for a month at low speeds.
-- I tried mods with buildings that lower temperature to -270C, but they can not lower it for other buildings, so I would advise you to not waste your time with them.
-- I turned all of my mods off to get the achievement, since something was blocking it, and when I did, and got the full cycle, I got the achievement
