In my opinion, the easiest and fastest route for a flower

Red - main route
Blue - secondary route
Yellow - most dangerous areas

For an easier walkthrough, you can first complete the entire route, clearing it of enemies after placing a teleporter on the Grey Mourner. Then, teleport back and WITHOUT SITTING ON THE BENCH, complete it again.
I also recommend practicing the very last room with the spikes
