Use a rewiring tool on an active soldier as he walks toward an inactive soldier.
The active soldier must have the inactive soldier in the line of sight, while being rewired.
The rewired soldier will then consider the inactive soldier as an enemy. He will attack and destroy the inactive soldier without triggering an alert.
Then, wait for the rewired soldier to self-destruct.
