  1. Unlock the Space Brain Surgery by clearing the Space Kidney Surgery (which is, in turn, unlocked by clearing the Space Heart Surgery).
  2. Start the Space Brain Surgery, but move to the keypad in the back right, and enter 296145. (Hint: it might be easier to use the middle finger or pinky for this)
  3. After returning to the hospital, put the new VHS tape into the VHS player, similar to how the TF2 mission works.
  4. After arriving in the new room, enter 4948 into the new keypad. The mission will start.
