Fix flikering textures on AMD cards (+FPS Boost on my PC)

I apologize right away if there is anything wrong - this is my first guide.

A comment on reddit led me to an interesting project - dxvk
Due to my limited knowledge, I realized that this is a program for implementing DirectX under wine using the Vulkan API. But what’s interesting for us is that it also works under Windows.

Download the archive from the link and unpack the contents of the x64 folder into the root of the game folder

If everything is done correctly, the game should work under the Vulkan API, and the artifacts should disappear.
This may also fix other artifacts

On my configuration, this also increased performance

I haven't checked it myself, but I think it's incompatible with ENB
