Main part

First, you need to go to the "NVIDIA Control Panel", then "Program Settings", then select Dying Light (to set the settings strictly for the game)
In the game settings, set:
  • Vertical sync pulse - "Fast"
  • OpenGL rendering GPU - "Your video card (example: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070)"
  • Streaming optimization - "On"
  • Set the low latency mode to "Ultra"

After setting the settings, restart the game if it was enabled and look at the result. After that, you can set the settings in the game itself for yourself.
Personally, this helped me, I hope this method will help you too!
Have a good game!
