How to Cap FPS on ANY card to fix the no movement after combat bug

1. Download MSI Afterburner and install it along with RivaTuner (Important)
   
2. Open RivaTuner via the show hidden icons on the bottom right
   
3. Add KoToR's exe file (You can find the location by right clicking KoToR in the steam library and clicking "Browse Local Files")
   
4. Turn on FPS cap and set it to 60

Done, not so hard right? And if you still experience the no movement bug, try turning on V-Sync. However the reason I wrote this was to help fellow AMD GPU users who have the same problem
