How to get mission 46

to get mission 46 you don't need a maximum level base.
I had a Mother base 3/4
and other bases somewhere 2/4, 3/4
I didn't have any level 4 platforms.

Also, you can't even complete secondary tasks that don't glow gold.
They are also not needed to get mission 46.
I personally almost never completed such missions, maybe I have 1-2 completed secondary missions by force and that's it.

The most important thing is to complete all the main missions, or rather the main missions even in secondary missions, and also from time to time to go to the Mother base.
