HOW TO MASTER THE RIFLEMAN

The rifleman class seems like it should be self-explanatory: you have an assault rifle and an ammo box which you can replenish the ammunition of both teammates and yourself. Yet, so many players get it wrong. Well, this guide is being written with the intent of correcting this issue, and many others, that are present in the Warface rifleman.

(I'm only going to write one section for both PvE and PvP since the fundamentals and skills are pretty much the same in both.)

Riflemen are the jack of all trades, and master of none.

The medic is the rifleman's best friend.

As a rifleman, refilling your teammates' ammo is your obligation to your team. Don't let your team down. Give them ammo when they ask for it or run low. The number of riflemen who fail to do this is baffling - don't be "that rifleman." In PvP this is not as crucial to the success of the game, but you should still hand out ammo when asked for it.

An assault rifle with a magnified optic can act as a pseudo sniper rifle.

Cover is very important to the rifleman, especially since they cannot give themselves health or armor. I have seen far too many riflemen who think they are Rambo and they jump on top of a car, spraying away at the enemies below them, and then they get clocked by some distant sniper. GG

(PvE Only) 1-2 rifleman is a good number to have on a team. It's better to have 2 rifleman however, in case one of them is "that rifleman." 3 will be acceptable but it's wiser for one of them to take on a more useful class such as medic. 4 is a terrible idea and one that will get the team killed.

Buy a machine gun as soon as possible. The regular assault rifles (ZX84, GU2, R4A1) will become obsolete once you have experienced the power of the 100 round drumazine. The R16A2 LMG and ZX86 MG are the cheapest machine guns. If you prefer mag-fed, the Karkom, ST-AR, and A3-2010 are all excellent rifles.

I strongly recommend getting the Special Rifleman Vest. It's very economical and provides better ballistic protection than the default vest, which can save your ass if you're in a pinch.

Aim for the head! This is very important, and allows maximum efficiency in both PvE and PvP. You save ammo, reduce the time it takes to kill, and it nets more XP.
