How to Play: Jailor
Overview
Who To Jail/When to Exe
Night 1: you should jail either a fake jailor claim or a non-claimer. Since you can't execute, this is used for getting further information to use in the future. Ask for a claim right away and if they are real, they will likely respond quickly. However, if they are fake and haven't thought of a claim right away, they will likely take a while to respond. Late claims night 1 can be an early sign of an evil, so keep this in mind.
Night 2: Jail someone who either wouldn't claim when asked, or had an obvious fake claim but the vote was split. If an exe tries pushing target day 2 very aggresively, consider jailing them. Any neutral benign or neutral evil claims (surv, amne, exe, jest) should be exed as they will likely only cause further corruption in the town
Night 3: If you didn't exe anyone night 2, you should try and jail somebody who hasn't talked/voted in favor of town night 3 (unless there is a confirmed evil). They are likely a slient neutral killing or a mafia/coven member. Ask for role and will right away, and if they stall at all, exing them is a safe bet. If you did exe night 2 (and it wasn't town), jail a neutral claim and threaten them with execution if they refuse to side with town.
Night 4-End of Game: At this point you should have a good idea of who's town and who isn't. If it seems that town is losing majority, start going on a rampage. If town holds a healthy majority, be more passive and maybe revisit your Night 1 target if they aren't yet confirmed.
Other Scenarios:
- Since revealed mayors can't be healed by docs, jailing the mayor for protection and having the doc stay on you is a good idea
-If you're trying to find out who the WW/Pest/Powered up Jugg is, jail who you think it is and make sure that you say who you jailed before the night and not just in your will. Also make sure that while doing this TP/LO stay off you
-In the unfortunate event that you exed a town member, start using your jails as rbs, and you can use this to find out Mafia killing/Coven roles
