how to relief stress

well when duplicants (i am just gonna call them dupes) have low morale or their needs are low the gain stress or when there is a red alert so don't leave it on

well they all take it different ways some destroy everything some just cry it out some try to eat away their problems some just get messy (they puke on the floor) here are the warning that dupes give
when at 60% stress

when binge eater get stressed the bite their fingernails

when ugly criers get stressed they squeeze a few tears before getting up (no water is created)

when destructive get stressed they shake their arms violently before calming down

when vomiters get stressed they burp violently

banshee dupes will shake their arms and bite their lips

well depending if they are one of the 4 stress responses they will have a new walk animation when stress is over 60% or you can see using the highest stress on the top left of the screen or on there menu

for the dupes thats the last straw and thats when their stress response happens

vomiters will vomit everywhere and produce polluted water and vomiting reduces calories

ugly criers will cry everywhere producing water and reducing decor

binge eaters will eat 2000 calories 3 times before going back to 60% stress they will gain no calories and will reduce decor

destructive will deal "tantrum damage" to machines and break them

banshee duplicants will scream causing dupes to run away cause stress then they will consume lots of O2

well there are many things like high needs massage morale food interacting also if you set your cam to follow duplicant it will relief 5% stress per cycle also if you set stress to cloud nine on game settings it reliefs infinity stress per cycle
