How you should play The Walking Dead (SPOILER FREE)

Before reading this guide you should consider not reading this guide if:

1. If you are planning to play the game your own way or a certain way
2. you want to explore the game entirely by yourself (although i would reccomend you stay and read the guide, the decision is entirely yours)

Now that we have established that you want to read this guide we can move on to the tips.
In The Walking Dead, there will be lots of dialogue choices. You should answer truthfully because telling the truth often earns trust in a character, even if it may be hard to hear. Also, to get a characters true opinions, frienship and to prepare them for shock, you should tell them the truth

Don't waste your precious mouse clicks and precious energy on trying to be nice to Larry. Larry hates you for your history and won't stop hating you so feel free to treat him like dirt. Lilly will appreciate few of your friendly actions for Larry and won't get her to have any major opinions about you. Trying to be nice to larry is like hoping to get clean by bathing in mud: it's just pointless.

There can be decisions in The Walking Dead that can have an impact on how the story follows after it.

In terms of lives: There will be moments where you have to choose one life over another which can be tough but at the end of the day, one lives one dies. At moments like these, you should think about who you have grown to like the most ,what they would be like if they continued living and what would they bring to the group.

Should we or shouldn't we?: Sometimes, there will be decisions to perform a major action or not to. At these times, you should think about the benefits of these actions, the drawbacks of these actions and how the decision will affect the group.
