Human Fall Flat Viking Map Guide

After you spawn down, pull the cart with 3 rafts and hook the circular hook to the log and jump over the rafts to the next island. Remember the symbols on the rocks at the spawn, I think that's the symbols on the rocks later on, but you can skip that and try your luck.
From the dock you can either turn the windmill and go up that way OR you can go to the back of the village and go up the wooden slab staircase
Follow these wooden slabs until you reach the 3 dummies, which is just after the wood door frame ahead
Grab a sword and hit these 3 dummies to progress the achievement, you will need 2 more which is not far away, hang in there!
To the left of these dummies you will find a spinning platform. Drop 4 barrels into the "wooden bowl" and the platform will lift up.
Jump on the platform and over to this place. From here rotate this lever to the right and the platforms will go up and down. Rotate until they align and jump over to the other side.
Here you have 2 objectives, one is to place the catapult in the right place and the other is hitting the dummies, which we will do first as we need it
From the catapult you can see the 2 dummies to the left. Grab a sword again and hit the 2 dummies to finish the first achievement

Now come back to this place, there will be a log stuck in the "hamster wheel", pull it out and bring it with you. Go in the wheel and start running until the catapult comes as close as possible, and then stick the log back from the inside, don't go out because the catapult will move back.
After launching yourself with the catapult you will land here. In this place you need to put 3 iron inside the furnace and connect the blower to the furnace.
If you did that successfully, the furnace will pour out the iron and you will obtain the iron hammer!
Use the hammer to break down this wooden wall!
Throw the rocks down to the right to connect the bridge to the other side. After that bring over the battle ram and break down the cracked stone.
Go back and bring the iron hammer inside and break the rune you see to the right
If you broke this rune, you have successfully finished the second achievement

This was my solution, I can't guarantee it's the same for you, but if you screenshotted or remember the symbols, you can go over easily, or just jump on all of them until you get over to the other side.
Go forward and jump on the ice slide to arrive here. Grab the torch and melt the ice balls until you get up to the wooden slabs.
When you get up here, jump down between the two wooden platforms onto the ice slide again and you will fling over to the further platform.
Move forward and from there to your left you will see a sword stuck in the ice like the excalibur. Pull it out and cut the 3 ropes that are holding the ice up.
The ice will fall down and you can go over into a cave.
Go left and bring the wooden crate closer to the ice and jump up here. Unhook the circular hook to drop the bridge and then, grab the torch and put it on the bonfire (on the right from the entrance).

Go to the other side of the room and you will find another torch. Put that on the bonfire as well and then move the 3 ice balls out of the way for the platform to move. Go up and put the torch on the bonfire again and the icicle will fall down.
With the icicle down, jump up here and move this thin wooden plank out to drop the 4 barrels.
After that rotate the mirror to the right to make another icicle fall down and cut the lock.
THE BARRELS WILL RESPAWN WHEN YOU DIE!!
Jump in a barrel and follow the next step!

After you hop in a barrel, move forward until you see the first island. On the island there is a big sword, jump on the island and grab the sword to obtain the third achievement!

Respawn (by jumping in the water) and get in the barrel again, survive the way in the water and get on the island to the LEFT!
You will find a sword near the boat, pick it up and cut down the ropes holding the boat. Pull the boat down in the water and sail to the end of the map
The end of the map is in front, inside the mountain!
