If you have OPF GOTY from GOG.com or CD simply copy files redhammer.pbo to Steam\SteamApps\common\ARMA Cold War Assault\Campaigns\ and VoiceRH.pbo to d:\Steam\SteamApps\common\ARMA Cold War Assault\AddOns\.
