Well, this mod might not be the solution to the low fidelity Japanese audio, but I tried something at least. After some sleep deprived nights of experimenting and batching through 22069 out of 24991 audio files, 2922 files that funnily wasn't compressed to hell and back, this was my result.

The change is kinda subtle, so this is a matter of subjective opinion I guess 😅

*Disclaimer: I've just started my first playthrough of this game and I've vetted only a few files of different voices for adjusting my VST presets, so its not going to be perfect by any means. I won't be updating this any time soon as this is quite tedious to work on, but if anyone happens to stumble upon any serious trouble with this mod then yes, I might consider fixing it asap.

** I did some modifications to the project so that I could batch all of my files from WAV to RAW+TXTH. I'm debatting if whether I should share it for others to use or not, my programming isn't pretty honestly. But I'll consider it if nobody else (e.g. jpmac26, the creator of the program) makes these changes themselves and shares it.

I will chill with sharing the source code for now though until it's "GitHub-able", but I won't promise that I ever will finish it somewhat.

Reloaded II[github.com]
p4gpc.modloader[github.com]

1. Download the mod/patch, "P4G_JAZZ_p4gpcmodloader.zip".
   
2. Open the ZIP file and copy all the files.
   
3. Navigate to "X:\ \Steam\steamapps\common\Persona 4 Golden"
   
4. Paste the files directly inside the root folder.
   
5. Start the game through Reloaded II and it should work.
   (Please read "!readme.txt" beforehand)

For a more detailed explanation, read the "!readme.txt" file included inside the ZIP file.
