Little-Known Tube Rifle Secret
Overview
Today I will show you some things you might not have known about Tube Rifles in MW2. Be sure to enjoy this guide and remember,
NEVER STOP TUBING
NEVER STOP TUBING
A Short Overview of Tube Rifles
Tube Rifles, sometimes referred to as Assault Rifles, are a clever carrier on which to attach a N00b T00b. Tube Rifles are very versitile, and serve many functions such as:

- Delivering Explosives
- Delivering More Explosives
- Exploding Enemy Combatants
How to Fire Bullets out of a Tube Rifle
Before you try to attempt this easter egg, know that it is pretty advanced, and might take some time to master. I reccomend going in a private match and practicing before attempting this in a real multiplayer match.
First, you want to equip your Tube Rifle. Spawn in with your preferred Tube Rifle (I use the SCAR) and then aim it somewhere. Don't worry- it can be anywhere, just point your tube rifle towards something.

Next, find the 3 key on your keyboard and press it. IMPORTANT!!! Make sure you are pressing the 3 with the # above it, otherwise this next step won't work.
Now, your tube rifle should lower, and the crosshair will change to one with four dots. This is completely normal and does not mean that your Tube is going to shoot lower to the ground. Your rifle should look like this:

Now comes the hard part. Locate your fire button; the default is Left Mouse, also known as MOUSE1, also known as the Left Clicky Thingy. Once you have located it, bring your right hand index finger slightly above the fire button. Slowly descend your finger until the button is pressed and your rifle has made a flash and a loud bang. If you have correctly done all of these steps, then your ammo counter on the bottom left side of the screen should decrease.
DISCLAIMER: Bullets do not explode after travelling a certain distance and impacting a target, and therefore are not as effective in combat as launched Tube grenades. This is only a clever gimmick, so don't expect to get as many kills as your normal tubes get.
