This one's essential, many useful and convenient gameplay additions such as letting you unequip your primary weapons and skipping the long helicopter rides at the start of each mission.

A visual mod that changes the color scheme of the Phantom Pain to look more natural and less desaturated, at the cost of zero performance (I can't believe it isn't ReShade)

This is a complete audio overhaul for MGSV with more punchy and realistic effects that also removes some of the more annoying sounds like that strange audio cue that plays every single time you stab someone or Quiet's constant radio humming. More info on the mod page.

This mod restores a lot of cut voice lines from Venom Snake, such as him shouting "Consecutive! C! Q! C!" when using CQC on multiple enemies, him shouting like MGS3 when firing a machine gun or actually responding to Paz.

The camouflage system in this game is super strangely implemented and inneffective. The explanation of how this mod improves it on the page is way better than any way I could word it, so just check it out there.
