Secret Unit Locations: Updated for Full Release

There are currenty 54 secret units in total, and 3 secret maps.
WARNING: Reading this guide may spoil your fun in finding the weapons. It's like an easter egg hunt across many different maps, with a prize for finding the easter egg.

Press F (by default) to enter freeroam to obtain the weapons. Once you find a weapon, by going near it, it'll start glowing. After about 5 seconds of glowing, it will disappear and award you with a brand new unit, and a new secret faction.
Click the links for image that tell you where to find the unit, and what the unit looks like.
This list of units will be expanded when more secret units are added, and as soon as they are found.

Some information in the images may be outdated, such as unit pricing, abilities etc, because of recent patches / updates...

Tribal 1 currently contains the following secret units:

The cheerleader buffs the attack speed of a nearby unit. It is found on a tree trunk in tribal 1.

The wheelbarrow dragon is... well... a dragon inside of a wheelbarrow. A unit pushes the wheelbarrow towards enemies as the dragon breathes fire. Found on Farmer 1 under some trees.

The jester is a nimble unit with two knives, it attacks enemies with the knives and kicks them, then backflips to dodge attacks. It is found on medieval 1 in a barrel on the blue side.

The mace-spinner is a fairly large unit and, as the name suggests, it attacks groups of enemies by wielding two maces and spinning around in circles with them. He is obtained by finding his maces on Medeival 2, inside a spire.

The cavalry is a horse-mounted unit that charges at enemies with a spear and shield. When the poor horse is killed in action, the knight will dismount and attack on foot. The spear can be found at the top of the beanstalk on medieval 2.

The Chu Ko Nu is a dynasty unit which wields a repeating crossbow, capable of unloading about 5 bolts in quick succession on enemies, with the drawback being long reload times. His crossbow can be found in between a building and a wall on Ancient Sandbox.

Cupid is a flying unit, similar to the valkarie, that wields a bow that, when shot at an enemy unit, will make a unit fall in love with another unit. The units die by snu snu.

The ballooner is a good swarm unit that grabs onto a unit, deploys a balloon, floats up into the air and then drops them at a high height to let them die of fall damage. The only way for the ballooner to go back down, however, is to undeploy his balloon, but luckily the ballooner isnt affected by fall damage. It is found up in the sky on the Renaissance map.

The bomb cannon is a war-machine unit, similar to that of the ballista and catapult. It shoots at units with a projectile that explodes on impact, similarly to the catapult, but the projectile has no arch and instead shoots in a *relatively* straight line.

The "CLAMS" unit is a summoner unit, similar to the scarecrow, that summons small clams that jump at enemies and attack them. It has a fast rate of summoning clams, and can make a whole army by itself. It's underwater in a small cave on the left side of the map.

The skeleton giant is basically a larger version of the skeleton warrior, he wields a massive shield and sword which he can hit units with. He also has the ability to scare units in a large radius around himself, causing them to run away.

The necromancer is found on the far right of Spooky 2. He throws projectiles at enemies that convert them into skeletons, that fight for him. He cannot convert all units; from my testing it seems he can only convert some basic melee units, he doesnt seem to be able to convert expensive or ranged units. However, some have said that with enough necromancers you can convert almost any unit. He can also swing his sickle if enemies get too close.

The witch is a floating unit that seems to have two main attacks, the main attack is it can fling projectiles at enemies which cause mushrooms to sprout on those enemies. Enemies covered in mushrooms seem to be slower and also seem to take damage over time, as well as getting a purple tint. They also appear to fight for the witch. The secondary attack of the witch is to summon two other witches that use the primary attack, which disappear after a short time.

The poacher is a cheap bow unit that does less damage than the regular archer, but fires more frequently. To unlock them, you need to go up to the engraved text of the archer statue on Legacy.

The pike unit is a unit very similar to the sarissa, but it wields a much, much longer pike. His pike does a lot of damage, however they can only attack with it once and will have to resort to being unarmed. Found leaning against the church.

The flagbearer is a support unit similar to the chearleader or healer. The flagbearer will speed up any friendly units in a small radius around him, making them move faster and charge the enemy. It is found by the campsite, nearby the Barrel Roller's Barrel.

The barrel roller is a unit that runs into enemies and explodes. The unit dies in the process, so its best to have other units on the field as well. The explosion has quite a large radius, but doesnt do that much damage.

The dark peasant is an incredibly strong unit, capable of blocking all projectiles of hitting him, shooting his own projectiles at enemies, throwing certain projectiles that targeted him back towards enemies, can grab enemy units and smash them into the ground creating a shockwave, and if he gets surrounded he will create a huge explosion that knocks any units around him, back.
