Evil - Framer

Framer Strat 1: Claiming Investigator (As early as D1)
When you are given the role as Framer. The best counterclaim role I believe is the best (in the event the Investigator isn't really all that good) is Investigator.
- This is when Invest is still alive and RT has not been identified. If RT is identified or Invest is dead, this strat becomes null.

Claiming Investigator almost makes your actions have meaning.
- If the REAL Investigator investigates you of course the results will come up with (Vampire, Jester, or Framer), and that is also the results invest would get with someone who is Framed too.

It is crucial that you be able to identify certain players roles without having to "visit them". Context clues will be a very crucial skill to master in order to secure this strat.

Remember to stay active in comms, Investigator roles usually are always active!

Neutral - Jester

Jester Strat 1: Acting like a Serial Killer or Mafia

Jester plays are always the most fun because all you are doing is trying to be hung by town. So it is important to have the communication strength of a Serial Killer or Mafia.
- People will immediately know you are Jester if you talk too much B.S.

With this role, stick with a certain role claim and just have really terrible, nonsensical wills.

Make sure to never do a role claim unless asked, this will allow for the People to put you in contest.

Neutral - Executioner

TBD

Town - Sheriff

Sheriff is a great role to work with Jailor. But it is important to Identify that Jailor can be 100% trusted and safeguarded.

Sheriff Strat 1: Roleclaiming D1 to Sheriff

Usually in every game that I have played, there has been a Jailor TPLO strat claim. When this occurs, one of two things could be done

  1. reveal to Jailor and assume the risk that the Role Claim of Jailor is lying and possibly be caught by neutral or mafia and not visit Jailor.
  2. Visit Jailor but assume the risk that if TP was not on Jailor and LO catches you visiting Jailor, you will be suspicious of murdering Jailor.

I find that with sheriff claim, revealing D1 to "Jailor" has always ended with the identification of neutrals and mafia a lot more smoothly. It's almost a team effort.

Town - Jailor

Jailor Strat 1: Claiming Jailor D1, Identifying who you jail.
Jailor is a very powerful role if used correctly. Sometimes being a secretive Jailor may have its perks since neutrals and Mafia aren't aware of your role claim and reduces the probability of them to randomly kill you by 1/15. But secretive Jailor also makes the Jailor defenseless.
- Secretive Jailor makes it to where Doctor will have a 1/15 chance to heal you
- Secretive Jailor also makes LO have a 1/15 chance to see who will visit you
- With being Secretive, increases the risk of TI and TP to visit the wrong player (Veteran) and get killed.

A well communicated Jailor allows for Town's chances for survival to increase. Jailor is the very first lead for all TP and TI.

Strategy: It is futile that Jailor states the following comm D1:
"Jailor here, TPLO on me; Jailing [Position of Interest]".

The only downside of jailing someone and announcing it is that you could possibly jail the actual doctor and screw yourself over, but announcing who you will jail will FORCE Serial Killer to not kill Roleblockers! if you so happen to jail them.
- If the Serial Killer does kill you, then they will 99% of the time be hung D2-D3 if town pays attention.

Announcing who you Jail also will give the chance of Identifying Mafioso if you did Jail Mafioso.
- When you jail Mafioso, the Godfather will carry out the orders. When the event where Godfather is visiting to kill Townies or Neutrals, that gives the indication that Mafioso was ROLEBLOCKED or JAILED. Keep on track of those roles in Graveyard and Comms!
