Unable to Move After Combat: Solutions

Fix 1:

Quicksave using F4, then load the quicksave using the quickload command; F5 by default. This fix works consistently, but it can become boring to do this after every combat section.

Fix 2:

Enable V-Sync in the graphics options. This can be found in the pause menu. This may decrease framerate for some people, but it should fix the problem completely and saves you having to quicksave and quickload after every encounter.
