Here you can filter all the soulcalibur moves down to 1 character either with the dropdown or the first dropdown:

Filtering for one move can be done in the command filter section, stances can either be written together with the rest of the input in the rightmost field or it can be selected from the dropdown on the left.

You can also filter by hit level, if its an unblockable or GI.

but wait there's more. By pressing on the Search builder header you open up the ability to create custom queries. For example you can search for all punishable moves by putting

Block is Less Than Equal To -12
