Preamble

I made this guide because there's seemingly no list online that orders these as they are in the game, making it difficult and annoying to figure out what items you're missing.
This is most likely due to them just copying IGN or whoever else did it first.
In addition, some guides have incomplete if not incorrect information regarding the locations of items, probably for the same reason.

I'm not including pin-point locations here because there are plenty of those online, and it's easy enough to hold up a guard or two on-site and interrogate them for the location.

Key Dispatch Missions are the ones at the top of the offline Combat Deployment list with a yellow dot. Completing all of them is required for the Deployment achievement.

Blueprints noted as mission tasks will be acquired naturally if you're going for the Executed achievement.
