Film grain removal.

-Download the latest cheat engine: Cheat engine download page [www.cheatengine.org]
-Download this table: Cheat table with the anti film grain script [www.arturalekseev.ru]
-Open the download with winrar (Winrar can be downloaded for free, just google).
-Open the downloaded table inside the winrar file; it's not necessary to unpack.
-Click yes when the pop-up comes up.
-Bind the game in cheat engine by clicking on the monitor icon and you can select cuphead.exe there.
-Select "yes" after adding the game and the pop-up appears, which will ask you if you wanna keep the table.
-Click on the activation box.

I turned off the color bleeding option in game as well. Try it out if you feel like the image isn't sharp enough. The scratchy sound quality I haven't found any fix for yet, but the visual effects were more annoying to me.
