I arrange the hidden item that I found from each map(Some of them is not screenshot but don't worry almost missing is come from your guide)
Let's start I named each image such as LC01_01,LC01_02 etc.

LC01_01:
LC = Name of the map.
01(first) = Round of campaign that I started screenshot
01(last) => odd = hidden item, even = location
So matching number will be LC01_01,LC01_02 || LC01_03,LC01_04 ||... etc.

But you might see something like this "HI01_03(2)" it's mean additional image from HI01_03.

By the way I don't finish the game yet so it's possible to have more image from this day.
