How to successfully complete the eye surgery.

So, our friend Bob needs some eye surgery. And he has on some very protective goggles. Lucky for you, you can break them or cut them off.

Step 1.There are two things you can do at this point. Either you use a sharp object such as the scapel to cut the frayed marks on either side of the goggles, or you can smash them with something like the hammer. To avoid blood loss, and an insured goggles off, cut on either side of the goggles with that shiny scalpel of yours.

Achievement: The Goggles Do Nothing All you need to get this achievement is to smash the googles completely off Bob's face. The hammer is good for this.

Step 2. After getting the goggles off, you need to make Bob's eyes bulge out. To do this creepy little act, you need to stick a small sharp object straight into Bob's eyes. It will stick out.

Good eye bulging method: There are many sharp things that will stick into Bob's eyes. Some of these include, scalpels, pencils, scissors, and I believe even tweezers. A good way to stick something sharp into one of poor Bob's eye is this; I prefer to line up a straight path level with Bob's eye, and then do a quick jabbing/thrust to plunge your object in. I always do this with a pencil. Use a pencil to have minimal blood loss! (Thanks to the couple of people who told me)

Step 3. You should now have an object in one of Bob's eyes. This is a combination of funny and down right gross, and the next part is no different. Okay, so now what you must do is wrap your fingers around the object in Bob's eyes, and quickly yank it out. Bob's eyes will become bulged out.

Step 4. This part is very fun if you love to swing Nigel's hand/arm around with your mouse. So what you need to do now is swing your arm around and hit Bob on the side of his head, where you most think would pop out and eyeball. After a few direct swings to the side of Bob's head, the eyeball you are attacking will pop all out and will expose the optic nerve. (Optic nerve knowledge from TheRagingAnimeGamer(Mizore)

Achievement: I am a genius To get the 'I am a genius' achievement, I believe you just need to pull an eye out of it's socket, as that's how it unlocked for me.

Step 5. Next there will be parts on the eyes' optic nerve to cut. I believe there are two small ones, and then one big cut to make on the biggest part of the optic nerve. You will see the marks on where to cut, and hopefully you understand what I'm saying.

Achievement: Lumberjack To get the achievement, use the surgical axe to cut the eye out. Be careful, because you don't want to kill Bob.

Step 6. Repeat steps 2-5 on the other eye. I don't know if I even had to make this step, you just know you have to do the other eye, but whatever.

Step 7. This is the final step, and it requires you to put the new eyes in. There will be a bottle marked "Human Eyes". It looks like the bottle the little blue pills are in. Flip over one of the bottles and many different eyes come out. No matter what combination of eyes you try, it will work.

Achievement: Heterochromia If you put a blue eye along with brown eye, you get the Heterochromia achievement for making two different colored eyes. This probably works with the smiley face eye, and the eight ball, but I used blue and brown when I did it.

I hope I helped anyone having problems with this. I didn't understand how to do it fully, and then I messed around for an hour or so and mapped it out. Cheers.
