How to Cope with Waiting 4 years for a DLC
Am I Mad?
Heavens no! I get enhanced graphics, 6 new stories, art, music player, and I happened to buy the premium edition off of Target. So I'm not mad.
If I was truly mad would I of bought it for PC AND Switch? NO!
Yes it's basically the fan pack but with more story, but it's sure as h*ll better then nothing!
Step 1: Understand that you get to see your wife again
Step 2: You need a new game to pour your hours into like the dirty little worm you are
Doki Doki Literature Club is a 3 hour game at max, not some Bathesda shenanigin that forces you to play for 10,000 hours to play completely...
But what if it was?
You want that 172+ hour mark like me? You work for it, and this game lets me fill more worthless hours up just staring at the characters.
Its not creepy, ITS NOT!
Step 3: What were you exactly wanting?
What was I exactly expecting? I mean I was disappointed that it wasn't the game I was expecting... But what game WAS I thinking, in a way I thought of like a 3D, survival horror game. Like what security Breach is doing.
Going from a simple point and click game to a full 3D adventure, but in the end I didn't know what I was really expecting, so I cant actually complain.
Step 4: Better then nothing and could always be worse
That's actually a pretty good point, Dan probably has much better things to do with his time so he had all the ability to just not do it at all. But he didn't, he made "another" game and I thank him for that.
And yes, it could of been worse. He could also easily halfa*sed it, and we could of ended with a flaming pile of Scheiße!
But he didn't, and that was awesome of him. Although I guess we don't actually know yet, we'll see.
Step 5: Games are hard to make
So I'm ok with a little extra content, besides he did update the graphics which is cool. And I of course can't wait to play it.
Thank You
