How to lose in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Run at the enemies but never try to kill them. This gives them a huge advantage and usually end up killing you. Repeat this as many times as you can during the game.

SMGs and Sniper rifles are the ligthest. Use any SMG or Sniper rifle with Marathon, Lightweight and SitRep. This allows you to find enemies faster and vice versa.

Your special grenade doesn't matter but choose Frag Grenade as your equipment.

The best death streak is Copy Cat which you shouldn't active after dying. Ignore it and use your own class.

In case your enemy doesn't kill you, simply take out your frag grenade and hold it in your hand until you explode. Be sure to run away from him so that you don't accidentally take him with you.

After losing multiple games you'll get the picture of how losing works. The more you lose, the better you become at it. There are no shortcuts to success.
