How to play Dynasty Warriors 8 XCLCE with Xbox 360 gamepad prompts

First, open your DW8 steam directory:

1. rightclick on the game
2. click "properties"
3. click "local files"
4. click "browse"
5. copy folder location to clipboards
   (In my case it's D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Dynasty Warriors 8)
6. rename Launch.exe to LaunchDW8.exe
7. Head to the https:// mega.
   nz/#!w8EwjZpR!K0Tlo9PpjAgsKeFcVCSxtxZCXf0oT678gL8f7iZsfHI
8. Download DW8_x360prompts.zip to your PC.
9. Unzip it to your DW8 directory.
10. Now open file default.ini with text editor. FIle should look like that:
    [Settings]
    WinWaitDelay=200
    texmod=D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Dynasty Warriors 8\Texmod.exe
    exe=D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Dynasty Warriors 8\LaunchDW8.exe
    AutoExec=1

[Mods]
mod1=D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Dynasty Warriors 8\Xpad.tpf
Change all three paths to your actual DW8 location(if needed). Save it.

11. Now it's time to test it. Launch game through the steam. If everything is right TexMod should open and launch the game with right prompts.

Few notes I felt necessary to add:

- Plug your controller BEFORE launching the game, otherwise you wont be able to use it ingame! (i know, duh!)

- in Textmod, these are the options you need to use:
Target Aplication - LaunchDW8.exe
Package - Xpad.tpf

- Some people reported that while using this method, the Steam overlay didnt worked. Thankfully it did on my end (under Win 10), but your mileage may vary much vary. As much as I can tell, it definitely doesnt seem to occur for everyone.

-ideally the only thing you would need to change in the default.ini file is your hard drive letter
