Tested against Vicious AI 1v1 (on small and medium random maps) and 2v2 (on large random map). It takes time, effort, and might cost you a piece of your soul, but it works. Might not be suitable for multiplayer without ad-hoc adjustments, but can be used as an overall template.

It’s posted as a google drive link mainly because I frequently make small fixes here and there.
