Combination, Code, or Solution: On this control panel you can enter several codes, but you'll need the Spare Key 1 and Spare Key 2 to enter them all since the #2 and #3 button are missing.
Contents: Since it’s a blank key, you can use it for either missing piece, which means installing it will either get you: Shotgun Shells/Flame Rounds and Gunpowder (2 key), or a Combat Knife (3 key). Finding both can get you the Hip Pouch.
