And you should go to Autumn Harvest Realm to visit Atrophinius. But you can't do this without gifts.
Take the quest inside your Capital Faction of Pumpkin Patching. Find and touch upon the Fraerie Ring to get the Realm of the Autumn Harvest.

During this Autumn Harvest collect 6 pumpkins.
Find and touch upon the Fraerie Ring to get the Realm of the Autumn Harvest.
Decorate it with all your pumpkins.

Your Harvest Reward: Autumn Harvest Ambersap 25.

Every week you can do 20 Interpid Adventures and get your important reward and you will buy important items for them and, of course, your Mount Autumn Harvest.

Your Harvest Reward: Autumn Harvest Signet 7.

Find and touch upon the Fraerie Ring to get the Realm of the Autumn Harvest.
You need to close 2 Rifts of your level (you would grant experience).
Daily you close 2 new Rifts of a specific planar type at random.

Do not forget ask for help mentor down and lower the level (if needed) when closing the Rift.

Cunning advice:
Go through the stages inside the Rift up to the last stage using your maximum level. Then get out of the attack, decrease your level and carry out the final stage in the Rift.

Find and touch upon the Fraerie Ring to get the Realm of the Autumn Harvest.
Help Atrophinius 15 times.
Pull out Life Roots.
If you meet Frostjacks or Summer Ravagers, kill them.

P.S. You may kick Compost Crawlers back into the Den/Cave but it's the hardest and slowest method...

Go to Spooky Adventures in Gloamwood.
It's the fastest and most effective way to do adventures and collect 8 Autumncap Fungus from the open world.

Your Harvest Reward: Autumn Harvest Ambersap 25 + Potion of Enhanced Autumn Eyes.

Drink the Potion of Enhanced Autumn Eyes inside the Realm of Autumn Harvest.
Gather as much as possible artifacts!

Your Harvest Reward: Lots of Artifacts!

Depart to the Battle Black Garden.
Oh, God, you transform into a werewolf/zombie.
Win the Battle and get rewards of the Autumn Harvest.
