Surgeon Simulator A&E: Trump Achievement Guide (so far)

The "A Small Loan For My Father" achievement apparently doesn't work when Trump dies.

The achievement is going to be fixed in an upcoming update. So stop reminding me about it.

Pink Eye: Vodka to the eye.
Pretty self explanatory

Trumsplant: Tower+Steak+Vodka transplant.
Remove the ribs, lungs and liver and insert the Trump Tower, Trump Vodka, and the Trump Steak.

Moooo: Heart of a cow
Remove the heart and replace it with the Trump Steak

Is it Real?
Grab Trump's hair for 3 seconds

Little Wet Willy
Touch the syringe so that your hands are small. Then hold W E R Space on your keyboard and move your mouse to Trump's ear.

Now I Can Reach
Shrink your hands with the syringe and poke Trump's nose

A Small Loan for My Father
Operation costs more than $1,000,000

This achievement is hard. So far, there is no strategy on getting the achievement after the operation costs $1 mil.

A New Heart
Complete the Trump Heart Transplant with either the Gold or Stone heart.

A++ is Trumperific
Get an A++ on the Trump operation.
(Use the laser on the ribs and be precise)

That's all the achievements for the Trump update.
