DIFFICULTY/MISSION RELATED
Complete every single player mission on Realistic difficulty
Skip the lower difficulty and start your playthrough on Perfectionist. There is very little difference in the challenge level, and completing it this way will unlock both this achievement and 4th Echelon Officer simultaneously.
Complete every single player mission on Perfectionist difficulty
Perfectionist difficulty is not as hard as it sounds as long as you don't get spotted. If you get spotted you'll die a couple of seconds. I would recommend to just play the game on your preferred difficulty for first playthrough and earn money to unlock the stealth gadgets and weapons. Then via mission select you can do the missions on this difficulty and when you are done with all of them you will unlock the achievement. It is better to club this difficulty with the "No Kill Option Engaged" to save another playthrough. I will link a youtube playlist which I followed myself to unlock the perfectionist and no kill playthrough together along with the "Tactical Style Ghost" achievement.

Complete the Single Player Campaign without killing anyone as Sam Fisher
Complete all the single-player campaign missions without scoring a single kill while playing as Sam Fisher. Note that lethal takedowns performed while controlling Briggs or Grim during specific mission segments do not void this achievement.
To ensure the achievement unlocks, avoid all lethal weapons, gadgets, and takedowns for the duration of the campaign. During interrogation scenes, you must always select the "Spare" option rather than "Kill" when prompted. Equip your most stealth-focused gear to maximize movement speed and minimize noise. Rely exclusively on non-lethal takedowns, the Stun Gun, or non-lethal gadgets like sleeping gas and proximity shockers to neutralize enemies from a distance.
When you press A on the mission, then press RB to bring up the Completion list, there will be Non-Lethal box, if the box is ticked then you completed the mission without killing anyone. You should be able to replay each mission so that the Non-Lethal box is ticked. Club it with your perfectionist playthrough as mentioned earlier to save another playthrough. If somehow you killed anyone during a mission you can always use the mission select feature to replay the mission. You can't change difficulty on 4E missions tho.
For the 4th Echelon missions just drop the difficulty to Rookie for an easier time.
Complete all 4th Echelon missions from Charlie Cole
To earn this achievement, finish all four of Charlie Cole’s missions. While each mission consists of 20 waves of enemies, you only need to complete the first five waves and extract to fulfill the requirement for the achievement.
Complete all 4th Echelon missions from Anna Grimsdottir
Grims missions are all about stealth. Upgrade your suit with a few stealth mods and buy the crossbow with EMP chaff + sleep gas darts before attempting them.
Complete all 4th Echelon missions from Andriy Kobin
After you finished the Game, you can go to Andriy Kobin in the Holding Cells (or just via the SMI) and do three Missions from him - that you get the Hunter Operator Achievement.
For the Tactical Style achievements there is a very cheesy trick. To maximize your points, start the missions on Perfectionist difficulty, as silent kills (for Panther), loud kills (for Assault) and avoding enemies (for Ghost) grant significantly higher scores. Once you have accumulated enough points lower the difficulty to Rookie and restart checkpoint then finish the mission. The point requirements to get Mastery are significantly lower on Rookie compared to Perfectionist, so you will easily get the achievements via this trick as playing on perfectionist for first few checkpoints will give you much more points. As you can see in the images below, I just dropped the difficulty and with the same points i have achieved Mastery in lower difficulty.
Master the Assault playstyle on 7 missions
To master the Assault playstyle, you must complete 7 missions—either from the campaign or side missions—by engaging enemies in open, loud combat. You can check the specific score requirements for mastery by selecting a mission in the SMI and navigating through the information tabs to see the point threshold.
Master the Panther playstyle on 7 missions
To master the Panther playstyle, you must complete 7 missions—either from the campaign or 4th Echelon side missions—by utilizing silent, lethal takedowns and staying undetected. After selecting a mission in the SMI, you can view the specific score requirements for mastery by navigating through the mission information tabs.
Master the Ghost playstyle on 7 missions
To master the Ghost playstyle, you must complete 7 missions—either from the campaign or 4th Echelon side missions—by avoiding enemies entirely or using only non-lethal knockouts. After selecting a mission, you can check the specific points required for mastery by navigating through the mission information tabs in the SMI menu.
In Single Player Campaign, save the Transit Yard hostages
During the Transit Yards (Philadelphia) mission, you will chase Blacklist operatives through a train. At the climax, the final two enemies will use hostages as human shields. While you can attempt to use Mark & Execute to headshot the captors, a safer method is to throw a sleep grenade at the group. Knocking out the hostages with gas is perfectly fine and will not void the achievement.
Complete a single player mission without being detected during gameplay
To earn this achievement, you must complete a single-player campaign mission without being detected. While the goal is a perfect stealth run, you can actually be spotted as long as you immediately pause and reload your last checkpoint before the game performs an auto-save.
MISCELLANEOUS
Fully upgrade your headquarters
To upgrade the Paladin, speak with Grim near the SMI. Prioritizing these upgrades is highly recommended, as they reveal the locations of all HVTs, laptops, and dead drops on your map. Additionally, upgrading Kobin’s area provides access to powerful black market weaponry.
In Single Player Campaign, call out to an enemy and then neutralize him when he comes to investigate
Take cover and make a sound with <whistle key> to call an enemy, when he approaches you press <takedown key> to take him out.
Using Mark & Execute, take down 6 enemies in under 14 seconds
Play the first mission on Rookie difficulty. After the initial tutorial, the game checkpoints outside a room with three enemies. Simply tag and execute them, then reload the checkpoint and repeat the process until the achievement unlocks.

Hide 5 bodies
When you kill or knock out an enemy, hold <key> to pick up the body and when you're next to a container press <key> to put it in. Do not press to throw it in because that will not count. This can be done really early in the game in the first mission. You can restart checkpoint and keep doing to until it unlocks. Below is a video guide that shows how to get it.

Hand-to-hand take down a Shielded Infantryman and steal his shield
Shoot the shield until he stumbles then run behind him and press <pick up button> after he's dead or knocked out grab the shield. You can get this on Opium Farm, which is one of Kobin's missions. When you start the mission, just start taking out each of the bad guys until you find the guy with the shield. You can't miss the shield guy, he starts out at the back of the map in a small covered building.
Use the Tri-Rotor to disable a security device
Upgrade the Tri-Rotor to the Sticky Shocker, in a mission of your choice select the Tri-Rotor in the weapon wheel Right and launch it, then shoot a sticky shocker to a camera, security box, etc.
