Easy ways to kill Arachnotrons without targeting the weakpoint

Just use the supershotgun and body shot it. Only two blasts are required to kill it.

Two Blood punches with one supershotgun blast.

Use the chaingun turret mod and blast away.

Use the chaingun shield mod and blast away.

Use the Freeze Grenade to freeze Arachnotron in place and than use Autoshotgun mod.


It is recommended you fully upgrade Auto Shotgun to get shells back for every kill. If you don't have Full Auto upgrade use the supershotgun instead.

Use the grenade to stun Arachnotron and than use Autoshotgun mod.

Use Lock-on Rocket attachment.

Use the Micromissle attachment.

Use the heat blast attachment for Plasma rifle. Make sure you charge it up by firing the gun until you see it turn red.

Use Destroyer blade attachment for the ballista. Two charged blasts will slice the Arachnotron.
