Fart baby

In order to unlock the Fart Baby, you must defeat hush, and in order to unlock hush, you must first beat the game against mother, and then after defeating mother you must then start another run in which you fight mothers heart, which you then must do roughly 10 times, finally we come around to the next run after you do all that to then quickly slay each and every foe within 30 minutes and then, and only then will it allow you to fight hush, WHICH I must mention that you MUST be playing ISAAC to get this unlockable, so you should be playing ISAAC and then reach mothers heart within 30 minutes, and finish the fight to then go into this next area.. defeat hush after trial and error and the worlds best unlock is yours, Fart Baby.
