Fix messed up controls on Linux

-Open protontricks (install if you haven't)
-Choose isaac, go to select wineprefix, then run explorer
-Navigate to c:/windows/syswow64 and find a file called control.exe, open it
-Select game controllers and disable all of them

Worked fine for me afterwards, and I'm using steam input
I should clarify I didn't really make this, I got it from a guy called flypunk in another post (thx btw) but since I couldn't find a proper guide for it I thought it would be a good idea given it seems to be a pretty common issue
