Getting 'Hardcore Risette Fan' on 03/20

If you're on 03/20 and wondering whether you can get Hardcore Risette Fan, this guide is for you. You can! I did. The other guides were very long and unnecessarily detailed. This is a guide that tells you what you should do and you *should* be fine. No need to do spreadsheets, but you have to use some mental short-term memory.

Since you're on 03/20, you've already gotten a lot of voice lines. You have to use the party members you have been neglecting (if any), and/or put them in unique situations where Rise will comment on them. These include: suffering a status ailment, hitting an enemy's weakness, hitting an enemy's weakness WHEN IT'S DOWN, defeating a certain number of enemies, getting ambushed, etc.

To work on this for 03/20, here is what I had to do (and what you likely need to do):

(1) BUY DAMAGE-ALL ELEMENTAL ITEMS. Items like Yashichi and Tesla Coil that deal 50 elemental dmg to all enemies. This will get you quite a few voice lines: knocking enemies down (unique lines for different numbers of enemies: 1-5), hitting enemies' weakness when they're down. You likely don't have these.

(2) GRIND AILMENTS. Inflict ailments on the enemies and make sure your party members get all the possible ailments as well.

(3) Easy to miss: USE PARTY MEMBERS YOU HAVEN'T USED.
