How to fix the lags/Как пофиксить лаги

To ENG:
First of all, the problem doesn't seem to be with an update in the game itself, or the new Nvidia drivers. rather the problem seems to be with steam itself. here's how i fixed it for myself.
open up steam, and in the top left corner click on "Steam" > "Settings" > "Shader Pre-Caching" and disable it.

Возможно проблема не в обновлении самой игры или новых драйверах Nvidia. Скорее проблема, кажется, с самим стимом. Откройте Steam и в левом верхнем углу нажмите «Steam»> «Настройки»> «Предварительное кэширование шейдеров» и отключите его.
