how to throw grenades

throw the grenade while running forwards.
it probably goes faster relative to the enviroment, since it goes the same speed relative to you, a moving object
(unless it doesn't, but it seems to work well enough)

(but instead of a train its your legs)

proper application of grenades:
when a grenade is thrown with this improved technique, it travels fast enough to hurt way more than usual on impact
