Payday 3 Full Achievement Guide

This is a place for all of those who have helped directly or indirectly to create this guide, so to all of those on this guide, let this be a show of my gratitude, thank you.

Until I put on the mask.
Enter any heist (that isn't the tutorial) and put on your mask. Simple and easy.


Customise a mask.
Go into the Loudout >> Appearance >> Masks. Then buy any mask and customise it.


Unlock all mods to a primary weapon
Use a primary weapon and complete heists to level it up. Once it has reached max level, you'll get the achievement. You do not need to actually use the weapon, you can complete games in maskless stealth with the weapon equipped and still gain experience.

Have the EDGE, GRIT and RUSH buffs active at the same time.
The way I managed this is I got the following skills; Sharpshooter, Enforcer and Escapist (You could also just use Enforcer aced and Escapist). I used Enforcer to get GRIT, then aimed while standing still to gain EDGE and finally, ran for 3 seconds to gain RUSH.

Alternatively, you can eat a donut on the desk of one of the police officers to gain all three bonuses at once on the Boys in Blue Heist. Thank you GeneralMcTerror for pointing that out to me.

Stun 4 law enforcers by destroying a Zapper's battery pack on Hard or above.
I did this on the heist 'DIRTY ICE', when it went loud, a Zapper came through the corridor between the managers office and the VIP Showroom. A swarm of cops were already following and I simply shot the Zapper in the battery pack.
Note, the electricity looks like it chains between enemies.

Complete a heist after getting at least 50 turret kills on Hard or above.
This is as simple as unlocking the Engineer skill line and speccing into it. Easiest way is to set up the turret and let it run (whilst also checking for heat and redeploying when necessary) until it has roughly 50 kills. You can count these manually or you can play a heist for a while to ensure it has 50 kills.

Complete No Rest For The Wicked having opened all deposit boxes.
Once you get into the vault, open all of the deposit boxes to the right of the main money room. You do not need to collect all of the loot, just open the boxes.


Complete No Rest For The Wicked without letting a dye pack explode on Very Hard or above.
This can be done on solo. For multiplayer, you and a teammate must defuse all dye packs on the money stacks within a couple of seconds. Once that has been done, you will get the achievement. Just make sure you are playing on Very Hard or Overkill. For solo, put down an ECM Jammer before you enter the vault, then disarm as you usually would, this should give you enough time to get them all.

Complete Road Rage without letting a single civilian flee, die or be traded on Hard or above.
This can be done on solo, it is just rather difficult. I would advise at least 2 players. All you have to do is watch and listen out for Shade saying "They've deployed the hostage rescue team". Once this happens, go to the area of the civilians and kill the hostage rescue team.

My best advice is to get all the civilians grouped up in one place, that way you won't have to check each place for the hostage rescue team. Although, the civilian they are rescuing will be highlighted in white, so look out for that.

Complete Road Rage without the truck having stopped until the end on Overkill
This is actually pretty easy despite it being on Overkill. Before you let the truck loose, make sure all 4 of the wheel ramps are placed down, move the F O R K L I F T and disable the fence. Once you have done all these, stay with the truck until it has been moved onto the large ramp at the other side of the bridge. After that, just escape and the achievement is yours.

Complete Dirty Ice having secured all cleaned jewellery bags on Overkill.
Me and my one other teammate managed this ridiculously easily by doing this with the Social Engineering skill. One of us masked and got to the VIP Showroom, nabbed the manager and opened the Workshop. From there, he looted and cleaned all the loot in the Showroom while I sent him bags through the door from the main store to the Workshop. After that, I grabbed the clean bags without masking and walked to the van to secure them. We managed to get all bags as well as secure all loose cash.

For pagers, we saved one for the roamer inside the store and used the other on the camera operator in the Basement. Although, we may not have needed to save for the main store. You can summon the manager to the backrooms by cracking the safe in the basement and taking a photo of the documents, then triggering the workshop voice. Grab her as she's passing the VIP Showroom to quickly access the Workshop.

Complete Dirty Ice within 120 seconds of spawning.
I advise you play on Normal difficulty with at least 2 players. From the start, find out the Basement code as soon as you can, then restart. Make sure you actually have the numbers, rather than just knowing where it is.

From here, stealth rush. One of you rush into the Basement and disable the alarm from the jewellery cases while picking up the red keycard. The other goes up top and opens up the VIP Showroom with the QR code. Then meet up and open the Egg vault by one player pressing the button on the managers desk and the other swiping the red keycard on the vault. Once this is done, take the Egg and take 2 more bags of jewellery from the Showroom and leave. Simple as that. I managed this with 20 seconds remaining so you should have plenty of time.

Complete Rock The Cradle without having the VIP invitation in Stealth on Hard or above.
Head upstairs to the DJ stage and mask up once you reach the closed off staircase leading up to the music speakers. Turn off all 4 of these speakers without being detected by the cameras. After this head back downstairs and take the DJ hostage. Put him somewhere safe like one of the rooms nearby then change the music. Wait for the bouncer to come up to investigate, steal his keycard and use it to get in the VIP area then finish the mission.

Complete Rock The Cradle after surviving 4 full assaults on Very Hard or above.
Start the mission and survive 4 full assault waves whilst completing the objective and escaping. I would recommend doing this on Very Hard and bringing a full team. Bring Armour and Ammo Bags primarily, Medic Bags secondary. If doing with bots, they'll give you what you need most.

Camp out somewhere and defend, you'll get this done in no time. Make sure to have designated builds for each Armour, Ammo and Medic Bags on your team.

Complete Under The Surphaze having stolen all art from the 7 exhibitions on Very Hard or above.
Rather simple this one, loot all 3 objects in each of the 7 rooms of Under The Surphaze. I would recommend bringing the Zipline Bag asset as it will help you tremendously. I recommend taking out the camera operator and the roaming guard on the side of the escape (rooms E4-E5). I would also recommend taking both civilians hostage and tying them down in rooms nearby, make sure the doors are closed, to make this easier for yourself.

Steal the painting by Shanda Latrell in Under The Surphaze on Very Hard or above.

This is done with 3 people and on Stealth. There will be 3 statues in the Manager's Office that you will need to match up with baggable loot statues in three of the Exhibition rooms. Once you have found these 3 statues, get a person per statue and then call out when to pick them up as you must pick these up at the same time. After this, remove the middle painting in the Manager's Office which will reveal a button.

Have someone stand right next to the painting (in between E2 and E3 on the ground floor) before pressing the button and get that guy to grab it. Now you pretty much just escape through the lasers, have someone on the cameras to guide you with the new red arrows, you'll be out in no time. Alternatively, you can leave that guy next to the painting and go loud when you're ready and secure it that way.

On Gold and Sharke empty the vault of its valuables and secure all the loot on Hard or above.
Very simple this one, either go stealth and loot the place or go loud and loot the place. Up to your preference, just make sure you get everything in the vault and it is on the Hard difficulty or above.

Complete Gold and Sharke in Stealth without accessing the HR computer.
I would highly suggest having the Walk the Walk and Social Engineering skills equipped
Once you spawn in, obtain at least 2 QR codes. Head to HR and find out where the key card is in your run then restart the heist. Once you know, go straight for it and open the second floor, then just finish the heist as normal.

On 99 Boxes secure both hi-tech devices at their maximum value on Very Hard or above.
I would advise getting the longer degradation time asset, as this massively improves your chances of obtaining the achievement. Find the containers containing the Hi-Tech stuff (or semen as Kknowley likes to think haha) and plan out a route that you can take before taking the loot. If necessary mark the guards with the Motion Sensor tool or just have a friend let you know when it's safe to cross, or if you're ballsy, just go for it. You can see on the top left of the HUD how degraded the loot is, so once that meter reaches naught, you've failed. Do this twice for both bags, and the achievement is yours.

Please note that sometimes the loot can be so far away it might almost be essential that you bring the longer degradation asset, as I had a perfect route with perfect movement and just barely scraped-by with about a second or two left on the timer (Running the entire way with RUSH being gained halfway on the route). So be very wary.

Complete 99 Boxes having secured the maximum amount of bags on Hard or above.
After entering the container yard, look around for 3 extra white containers. They contain the extra loot that you need in order to get this achievement. There'll be 5 white containers in total, 2 for the objective and 3 for the extra loot. Make sure you secure the main objective and then go back for the extra containers. This just takes time.

Complete Touch The Sky with 4 active human shields on Hard or above.
This can only be achieved with 4 players. This could be easily completed in stealth and going loud right before the escape. Pick up any 4 civilians and slowly walk towards the escape.
That or plan out civilian paths and lead them to the escape in stealth beforehand, then pick them up just before you leave.

Complete Touch The Sky in Stealth without killing a single guard on Overkill
Go through the heist as carefully as you possibly can, you'll get this through experience and time. I would advise that you learn the map before attempting this, learn where the guards go and what happens during each phase of the heist. Plan accordingly and manoeuvre well. Good luck.
