RTX Low FPS

Good afternoon, you bought an RTX3070/3080 graphics card and expected to play at good resolution, with good graphics and RTX, but you got unplayable fps. Then this guide is for you.

My PC:
i7-10700K
RTX 3070

2K + Ultra Nightmare + RTX - low fps + high rendering lag, although in all tests on YouTube - excellent performance.

I offer my solution (most likely, it has been walking on the Internet for a long time, but, no matter how I tried, I did not find anything)

1. Disable RTX and DLSS and lower graphics settings to ULTRA
   Leave the settings menu for 3-5 seconds
   
   
   
2. Enable RTX and DLSS(optional)
   Leave the settings menu for 3-5 seconds
   
   
   
3. Enable Ultra Nightmare settings
